The Fill-Rite Sotera FR410B is a 12-volt double-diaphragm pump for moving motor oil, hydraulic fluid and other petroleum-based oils from drums and aboveground tanks. It handles thick fluids up to 3,700 cP and moves about 12 gallons per minute of oil (13 GPM of thin fluids). It can run dry without damage, and there is no internal bypass: when you close the nozzle the pump simply stops pushing. It mounts on a 2 in. NPT bung and comes with a 1 in. x 12 ft. hose, a manual nozzle and a telescoping suction pipe.
