Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

Items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all hardware and accessories

Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order products
• Installed products
• Products damaged during installation
• Clearance items

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange products that arrive defective or were shipped incorrectly.
