The Fill-Rite FR152 is a lever-action piston hand pump for drums and tanks where you don't have power or only move small amounts of fuel. It moves about 20 gallons for every 100 strokes, and a vacuum breaker helps give a smooth, steady flow at the spout. The cast-aluminum pump threads onto a 2 in. NPT bung and comes with an 8 ft. hose, a nozzle spout and a telescoping suction pipe.
