The Fill-Rite FR112 is a rotary hand pump for drums and tanks where you don't have power or only move small amounts of fuel. It moves about 10 gallons for every 100 turns of the crank, and its reversible flow lets you drain a vehicle tank as well as fill one. The cast-aluminum pump threads onto a 2 in. NPT bung and comes with an 8 ft. hose, a nozzle spout and a telescoping suction pipe.
